Refund & Returns

At Swan Street, we want you to love your sunglasses. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make it right.

 

Overview

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Items within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused sunglasses in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags included
  • Valid proof of purchase

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged due to misuse (not our error)

How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@swanstreet.co.uk within 30 days
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and our returns address
  3. Package items securely with original packaging
  4. You cover return shipping costs (unless item is faulty)

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Consider using tracked shipping for security
  • We don’t guarantee receipt of untracked returns
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Refunds

Processing Your Refund Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price refunded for approved returns
  • Original delivery charges only refunded if entire order returned or item is faulty
  • Return shipping costs deducted from refund (unless item is faulty)

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (often additional processing time required)
  4. If still no refund, contact us at info@swanstreet.co.uk

Faulty Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • We’ll cover all return shipping costs
  • Full refund including original delivery charges
  • Contact us immediately for expedited processing

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at info@swanstreet.co.uk and we’ll provide exchange instructions.
